Congratulations to Simone Biles and Simone Manuel – two young black women who have both achieved Olympic gold medals in Rio this week. This accomplishment has without a doubt inspired little black girls everywhere – proving that, no matter the industry, we are powerful and beyond capable of being the best at our passions.
