Located at 917 N. Ashland, Boneyard Chicago is an urban style consignment shop that you need to check out immediately.
I first discovered this gem on Instagram after catching glimpses of their infamous sneaker vending machine.
On an unseasonably warm and sunny winter afternoon, I decided to drop by for some [affordable] vintage heat.
The best part of my shopping experience, by far, was chatting with the store associates. They were super friendly and schooled me on other cool street wear shops on the west side of Chicago. Friendliness is always a pleasant surprise, considering how intimidating it can sometimes be shopping in a male-dominate [and oftentimes condescending] industry.
Here’s what I copped.
If you’re not lucky enough to live in the beautiful city of Chicago, you can still cop gear from Boneyard at their online shop. If you do happen to visit the brick-and-mortar, be sure to tell them SoulCulture sent you!
Wow! It’s great have a link to us who don’t live in Chicago. I always like retro style! Great post!!
